Become a Member or Renew Membership (new PayPal version)

To become a member, please complete the membership form on-line and submit it when finished by clicking the button “Create new account” at the bottom of the form. Please note that only name, institutional affiliation, and research and teaching interests will be publicly accessible. All other information you provide, including address, phone and e-mail, will be accessible only to other SE17 members.

Current members may update the personal and professional information they provided in the Membership Database at any time using the "my account" option on the left menu. Members are encouraged to keep their teaching and scholarly activities up to date. Contact the SE17 Bibliographer, Charlotte Trinquet, for assistance in publicizing their accomplishments. Membership runs the course of the calendar year and is required for participation in the annual SE17 conference. Membership dues are $25 annually for a full-time teacher-scholar, $15 annually for a part-time teacher-scholar, independent scholar, graduate student, or retired member. Membership dues may be paid with any major credit card through PayPal on the Payment Options page or by check or international money order payable to "SE17" and mailed to:

Please note that all dues payments are processed on a biweekly basis. New members’ accounts will be activated and all members’ dues records will be updated on the website upon processing of your payment.
