Une mise en scène très intéressante de Britannicus, avec très peu de moyens. La scène est dominée par une machine infernale qui ancre l'unité de lieu: le piège gigantesque s'ouvre et se referme sur les personnages. Les acteurs sont formidables, surtout Agrippine. La mise en scène donne à voir les silences raciniens: relation incestueuse entre Néron et Agrippine, désirs et fantasmes....
