Hillsdale College: tenure track for a generalist

Hillsdale College seeks an Assistant Professor in French to commence August 2015. Full-time tenure-track position. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in hand by the time of the appointment. Generalists desired with demonstrated excellence in teaching language and literature at all undergraduate levels, native or near-native proficiency in French and English, and evidence of scholarly potential. An interest in study abroad is a plus. All courses are taught in the target language.  Hillsdale College is a selective, independent, four-year liberal arts college.
