Career Development Fellowship in Early Modern French, St. Hilda's College

FOUR-YEAR CAREER DEVELOPMENT FELLOWSHIP IN FRENCH

ST HILDA’S COLLEGE, OXFORD

St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford, invites applications for a Career Development Fellowship in French for four years from 1 October 2016. Applicants will have completed a doctorate but be at an early stage of their career.  The post-holder will be expected to engage in research, to offer a total of 6 hours per week tutorial teaching for St Hilda’s, and to be fully involved with admissions and the management of the subject in the College. There is no possibility of renewal beyond 30 September 2020.

 

The appointee will be paid on a scale from £30,434 (point 1) to £33,242 (point 4) per annum (University Grade 7, current rates).  The successful candidate will also be able to claim an Academic Allowance of £1,300 per annum and an entertainment allowance of £235 per annum. The Fellow will be a member of the Senior Common Room, and will be entitled to all meals free of charge.
